By accessing or using Mami Market ("the Platform"), operated by Alpha Libra LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including buyers, vendors, and visitors. Additional terms may apply to specific services, and such terms will be presented when you access those services.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All users of the marketplace agree to:

• Conduct transactions honestly and in good faith
• Not engage in price manipulation or market abuse
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Not post misleading or fraudulent content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from sale on Mami Market:

• Illegal goods or substances
• Counterfeit or stolen items
• Weapons and ammunition
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Hazardous materials

Vendors who sell on Mami Market agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of products and services
• Honor all orders and commitments made through the platform
• Ship products within the timeframe specified
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with our return and refund policies
• Pay applicable commission fees based on their tier

Commission Structure

Commission rates are based on your vendor tier:

• Artisan Tier: 8% commission, 25 product limit
• Vendor Tier: 6% commission, unlimited products
• Business Tier: 4% commission, B2B features
• Corporate Tier: 2% commission, enterprise features

All transactions on Mami Market are processed through our secure payment partners including M-Pesa, Flutterwave, and other regional payment providers.

• Prices are displayed in the currency of your location
• Additional fees (shipping, taxes) are shown at checkout
• Vendor payouts are processed within 3-5 business days
• Disputed transactions are handled according to our dispute resolution process

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. However, you are responsible for verifying transactions before completing purchases.

The Mami Market platform, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by Alpha Libra LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

By posting content on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content for platform operations.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us at legal@alphalibrallc.com with details of the alleged infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Libra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be error-free.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
